Product description

Organic cocoa is completely natural, free from man-made materials, heavy metals and chemical synthetic pesticides.

It is an excellent source of antioxidants-flavonoids. As such, it is located at the top of the ORAC scale (a scale that measures the ability of oxygen to absorb free radicals). Antioxidants are responsible for the overall health of the body;they protect against free radicals and slow down the aging process.

In addition, it contains a great number of vitamins and minerals (especially rich in magnesium, and iron). Therefore, due to its nutritional and medicinal properties (contains about 300 nutrients) it is rightly classified as "superfood".

It can be used for making beverages, fine pastries and desserts.

Ingredients: Organic cocoa powder.

Preparation: Mix one teaspoon of cocoa powder with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar to taste. Pour a little milk or water and mix until smooth. Fill in with hot milk, stirring constantly.
